What do I need to bring with me?

If you plan on cooking in during your stay, you may want to bring your favorite spices or condinements.  The kitchen is fully equipt with everything you should need.  However if you need a unique item please bring it with you.

Do you need a cup of coffee to get going in the morning?  If so, don't forget to bring some coffee.  There is a coffee pot provided.  We try to keep the Kitchen stocked with coffee filters, but you may want to bring a couple just in case.

You never know what the weather is going to bring.  Make sure you bring an extra layer of clothes and/or rain gear.

Don't forget your favorite beach toy.

What's provided?

kitchen: Beautiful kitchen with tile floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, built in microwave, and glass top stove.  Fully equipt with cooking utensils and dishes.

Dinning: Formal dinning table with 6 chairs.  An additional 4 bar stools at eating bar.

All linens, paper towels, toilet paper, handsoap, dish soap, and laundry soap are all supplied.

Living: Flat screen TV, Cable television, DVD player, full/queen sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner and fireplace.

Entertainment: Movie library, book selection and your favorite family games.

Bedrooms:                                                                                                                  Master bedroom includes a king size bed, nightstands, oceanfront balcony, flat screen TV with Cable and DVD player, walk-in closet, double sided fireplace that leads to jetted tub in the master bath with full view of the ocean, double sinks and an spacious tile shower.                                                                

Second bedroom includes queen size bed, nighstands and closet.

Third bedroom includes bunk bed with one full and one twin. 

Laundry: There is a washer and dryer in the home.

What about phone service?

We do have a phone in the home with local coverage only.  Most cell phones will work on the porch or just outside of the home.
