June - Sept.............................. $295/night (2 night minimum)

Oct  - May ............................... $250/night (2 night minimum)

Holidays..................................... $325/night (3 night minimum)

(Christmas, New Years, Spring Break, Memorial day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving)

8% room tax, $80 non refundable cleaning fee.  $400 refundable deposit.

 No smoking. No pets allowed.
